Stainless steel pipe fittings are the main large load bearing components on the bracket. The finite element model was used to analyze the load-bearing performance of the composite thrust bracket used on the reusable launch vehicle demonstrator X-33 and Atlas V launch vehicle. It is good and suitable for more complex load conditions, while the Atlas V-shaped thrust bracket structure has better compression load-bearing capacity and is suitable for load conditions dominated by large thrust.
